Maria Dek is a young talented illustrator, graduate of the University of the Arts London. She loves to have visual chats with the audience. She is permanently associated with  some editorials creating illustrations for the press. Her work has been exhibited in Poland, but also in other European cities: XXI Meeting of Authors in Szekszárd, Hungary, picture books Quadrennial in Riga, Latvia, the exhibition 'LOVE BOAT' in Porto, Portugal as well as at the Festival of Illustrators in London, UK.

Her solo exhibition 'Birds in the forest' will be open in Ó! Gallery in Porto from January 17th. Beautiful forest world by Maria is populated by extraordinary birds and small, mysterious creatures. exhibition lasts until February 12.
