ZOFIA ASA

Graduate of the European Academy of Arts in Warsaw. She studied painting in the studio of Professor Antoni Fałat. Selected exhibitions include: City of Stars – Interdisciplinary Arts Festival in Żyrardów (2014), and the 1st Milanówek Silk Painting Biennale in Milanówek (2014). Currently, she works with easel painting, drawing, collage, and digital graphics.

"Good art should give the recipient a metaphysical experience, detachment from reality, or at least a respite. I try to make my works have good energy, so I never paint when I have a bad day and I don't treat painting as self-therapy. I reach for different techniques, themes and styles because I am a seeker and I like to explore".
